The Bar
at The Fox and Hounds

Enjoy hand pulled, local real ales and ciders in our newly refurbished bar

The recently refurbished "Harry's Bar" is well stocked with a variety of drinks, including local ales and carefully selected wines.  The area is dog-friendly, meaning should you wish to bring your four-legged friend with you you're more than welcome to dine in the bar area or terrace.

We are very proud to be the first pub in Wales to stock Glamorgan Brewing Company's brand new Welsh Lager!  We also have a good selection of local real ales on offer for you to enjoy.  Alternatively, enjoy a glass of wine from our varied and interesting wine list with over 12 by the glass, including Prosecco and Champagne.

Relax in our comfortable chairs in front of the log burner or, on a warm sunny day, enjoy a chilled glass on our pretty terrace overlooking the ancient church of St Cadoc's.

The location (once found) is also perfect if you're planning on exploring Cardiff, Barry, and the surrounding areas. The new Aston Martin factory is nearby.

Can’t wait to go again!  Called in for dinner late on a Saturday. When our food was nearly ready we were moved to a table in a cosy side room.
